From a young age, Jill grew up in the Northeast Phoenix/Paradise Valley area. As a young adult Jill worked in the health care industry contracting Physicians to the various health plans such as Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, etc. She also worked with AHCCCS as a Provider Services Representative. In 1999 Jill moved to Salem, OR where she met her husband and began her own family. She and her husband have 2 children. Their oldest is in the National Guard and the youngest is still school age. She and her family enjoy various shooting sports including archery and trap. During her years in Oregon, she worked in a management position in the retail industry. This is where she honed her skills helping customers and learned how to uncover their needs and determine solutions for the best outcomes. She and her family moved back to the Valley in 2008 where she continues her work in the retail industry. In the last few years Jill has reintroduced herself to the health care industry this time on the member side of the business. Jill puts her 20+ years of experience to work for the customer. She enjoys educating the customer giving them the knowledge they need to understand the various plans offered to them so they may be empowered to make the best decision for their specific situation.
