“The Valley of The Sun”, what a tremendous place to LIVE. I have been the president of Southwestern Health & Life since 2010, when my father decided to retire after 50 plus years in the insurance business.

I grew up in Eastern South Dakota and graduated from Gustavus Adolpus College in St. Peter Minnesota with a Bachelors Degree in Business and Accounting. Following graduation from college in 1976 I spent a brief time in the produce and truck brokerage business in Minneapolis and Dallas. In early 1978 I made a career change and entered the family insurance business working with medicare beneficiaries. I now oversee the business and mentor our “Health Benefit Advisors” in both the Midwest & Arizona.
